Greek Yogurt Vegetable Dip

Makes about 1 cup


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek is ideal)

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Vegetables for dipping, such as carrots, bell pepper, celery, cucumber, broccoli, or cauliflower


Instructions:


  1. Mix yogurt and spices until well combined. Place in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

  2. Prepare desired vegetables by cutting into slices or bite-sized pieces for dipping.

  3. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 7 days.
